Conditions Are Better But Human Rights Remain Elusive Still

THERE'S very little in the way of human rights abuses that China hasn't done that hasn't also been done in Myanmar (Burma). Myanmar is subject to worldwide sanctions and is an international pariah state - whereas all the world's governments are desperate to do deals with China.
